
The Alternative Livestock Management and Production with Living Bio-beds (Babuyang Walang Masamang Amoy) Training was successfully conducted last Oktubre 17-18, 2019 in Malalao, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
The training was participated by farmers from the North Luzon Cluster as well as farmer members of the Center for Development Programs in the Cordillera (CDPC), an NGO partner of MASIPAG Luzon.
Among the knowledge and techniques discussed and demonstrated in the training are alternative feeds and medications for the hogs using only natural products and ingredients such as the vinegar made from coconut juice.
Francis Valladolid, the Area Coordinator for the Bicol Cluster served as the main resource person for the training.#
